When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address and project message. You can also choose to provide a phone number and the service you need. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential account credentials in your message.
Our form also sends the submission time, IP address, browser information and the referring page URL to our enquiry-processing service. The URL may contain campaign parameters or advertising click identifiers if you arrived through a campaign link. This information helps us handle enquiries, understand their source and investigate misuse.
Our hosting provider may process technical request information, including IP addresses and server logs, to deliver and secure the website. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we also receive the details you share through that channel.

The website is hosted on Vercel. Website enquiries are forwarded to a Google Apps Script service for processing. Google also provides the Gmail address used for our public email contact. These providers process relevant information to support hosting, enquiry handling and communication.
Our providers may process information outside the United Arab Emirates. Cross-border processing is subject to the requirements and safeguards of the applicable data protection law. We may also need to disclose relevant records where legally required or to protect legal rights.
5. Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, carry out an agreed project and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements. The relevant period depends on the purpose and any legal obligations. You can ask us about the retention of your information or request deletion using the contact details above.
The website uses HTTPS and protected administrator access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information through the enquiry form.
6. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access or correct your information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your information or withdraw consent. Some requests may be limited by legal requirements. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before it.
